I’m really speechless. He really has no idea that the federal government isn’t some insolvent casino or hotel. And that the creditors for U.S. Treasury bonds might be different from the luckless bankers whose money Trump squandered.
I am starting to think that he isn’t going to make it to Cleveland.

I had the same thought. The guy is mentally ill and has never held a job. A joke’s a joke — there has to be somebody scheming to put an end to this bullshit. [UPDATE:] Also, good point: most of the damn creditors are us!
